Alfa Romeo Mito special shows in Geneva

The production version of the 4C is of course strongly centered on the position of Alfa Romeo at Geneva, but the sports car is not the only news from the brand.

There are also two special Mito's on the Swiss auto show to see. It is about the Mito Limited Edition Superbike Superbike 170 hp and 135 hp TCT Special Series.

Both cars are inspired by the Mito Safety Car being deployed in the FIM Superbike World Championship SBK. For these Mito's care Mopar, known group of fellow Chrysler, the spoilers.

But the Alfa Romeo Giulietta is not forgotten. For the ordinary lilacs comes a Veloce version, the QV Sportiva is a special pack available. Again Mopar has helped and the result includes spoilers, Mirror, trims for the dashboard and gear knob carbon fiber.

The big one is of course the Alfa Romeo 4C. The car has a 1.75 TBi turbocharged engine under the hood. Each hp only has four kilograms to drag. The weight is then also kept low by the use of (expensive) light-weight materials such as carbon fiber and aluminum. Switch with an automatic TCT and the drive is at the rear wheels. The press day of the Geneva Motor Show will take place on March 5 and then we can first get acquainted with the 4C and special Mito and Giulietta's. The production of the Alfa Romeo 4C should begin this year in Modena.
