Honda Motor Co. unveiled its 2012 CR-V concept at the Orange County International Auto Show in Anaheim, Calif. The 2012 model has a more aggressive look compared with past CR-Vs and represents a bolder styling language the company plans to increasingly adopt.

The all-new 2012 Honda CR-V concept was just shown at the Orange County Auto Show in Anaheim this week, and from what we can tell by previous spy shots, the concept looked pretty close to the production model.

Honda did a good job of covering up the Honda CR-V’s rear windows, so we can’t really tell if the pointed rear window is anything like what we’ve already seen, but if you look closely, the slightly angular D-pillar might be a dead giveaway. The cute Ute’s body lines are heavily camouflaged, but closely mirror those of the concept.

After releasing the first official picture of the Honda CR-V this summer and more images leaked, the Japanese automaker Honda has decided to finally present the new Honda CR-V SUV, as a concept car, during the Orange County International Auto Show in California.

The 2012 Honda CR-V Concept strongly hints at the more dynamic and refined look of the upcoming model, said John Mendel, executive vice president of sales for American Honda. Says John Mendel, executive vice president of sales for American Honda.
