Volkswagen wants to be more emotional. As the next generation of Beetle Convertible comes in handy. If the open end of the year Beetle in Los Angeles and its debut is the beginning of 2013 goes on sale, are all dreaming of sun a second open version. But could the VW E-Bugster is more than a design concept that could lead to a remarkable body variant. The Wolfsburg want to show how much the electric drive is the focus of many developments. For instance the bright white single piece of e-Bugster by an electric actuator which is connected with the coming of the electric golf almost identical. The E-module delivers 115 hp and maximum torque of 270 Nm. Thus, the prototype will be slowed down to business and peppy hums merrily up the hill. With the comfort of the individual piece, it is not far away in spite of ordinary processing. The 20-inch model in the retro look of the legendary fox rim may look great; the innovators do, however, unusually hard.

"The battery system of theVW E-Bugster is opposite the golf changed somewhat. The cell package is shorter and higher. The electric motor can even be left out. Emotional would mark the Bugster in each case. It would at least be an important step in the right direction. A corresponding series motorized version with a powerful turbo direct injection engine should cost about 30,000 €.
